Job summary

A Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting & HRGA Executive in West Java, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll processing, and general affairs. Our client is a Japanese manufacture (New Established) company. They are looking for an Accounting & HRGA Executive.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping – bookkeeping, monthly closing, year‑end closing, financial statement audits.
  • Accounting audit support.
  • Tax compliance – tax audits, CIT reporting, correspondence with tax authorities.
  • Payroll processing & payment & HR/labor affairs – attendance management, tax calculations.
  • Payments to vendors & cash management.
  • General affairs & corporate administration – employment rules management, equipment management, compliance adherence, manual preparation.
  • Residence support for expatriates (including families) and business traveler reception.
  • Employee labor management.
  • Import and export operations.
  • License management (consultants may be engaged for coordination).
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • More than 5 years working experience as a finance accounting and administration position in a small‑to‑medium company (annual revenues 10 B–100 B IDR).
  • High conversational level of English.
  • Ability to cover the job responsibilities (multi‑task skill).
  • Import‑export experience or license application experience is a big plus.
