The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided; we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and can demonstrate positive values. It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.

The service is 24 hours, 7 days a week, therefore you must be flexible in your availability (both waking nights and sleeps are available). We are recruiting for permanent roles both full- and part-time.

• Provide high quality, person-centred support to a diverse group of individuals.
• Engage service users in meaningful activities to maximise potential and independence.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect and dignity at all times.
• Support may involve working with individuals who have one or more of the following challenges: acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, learning and/or physical disabilities, autism, drug/alcohol misuse, forensic backgrounds, homelessness.

We are seeking support workers to work with a diverse group of individuals and who share SENAD’s values and ethos, with enthusiasm, reliability and flexibility. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
