You will be a compassionate yet assertive individual with a strong understanding of the complex needs of vulnerable individuals. You’re capable of creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere while effectively handling any challenges that arise. In this role, employees will be scheduled for shifts covering Monday through Sunday, with the potential to work some Bank Holidays.

£28,700 per annum
