We’re seeking a dedicated Waking Night Worker to join our team, ensuring the safety, security, and well‑being of our clients and premises during night hours. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for individuals who may be facing significant challenges, including trauma, mental health concerns, and substance use. You will be a compassionate yet assertive individual with a strong understanding of the complex needs of vulnerable individuals. You’re capable of creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere while effectively handling any challenges that arise. Your dedication to trauma‑informed care, combined with a focus on safety and client well‑being, will make you a key contributor to our supportive environment.

Contract

In this role, employees will be scheduled for shifts covering Monday through Sunday, with the potential to work some Bank Holidays.

Salary

£28,700 per annum
