A client of mine, a long-standing and independent property consultancy known for their quality-driven surveying services across the UK, are looking to speak with an accomplished Chartered Building Surveyor at either Senior or Associate level to support their continued growth across the Northern Home Counties.

Offering the successful Chartered Surveyor the opportunity to take ownership of a tailored survey patch-likely around High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead or Stevenage-this position also presents a clear pathway towards future leadership, with Partnership a real possibility for the right individual.

The Senior / Associate Building Surveyor’s Role

As the successful Chartered Surveyor, you’ll be home-based and supported by an established network of technical experts. Your focus will be on delivering professional commercial surveying services across a wide range of sectors. Duties will include:

• Commercial building surveys
• Contract administration
• PPM schedules
• Landlord & tenant advice
• Technical due diligence and dilapidations work

You will liaise directly with clients, preparing technically robust and commercially astute reports. For those interested, there is scope to support team mentoring and new business development.

The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

• MRICS or MCIOB
• Full UK driving licence

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Strong technical grounding in commercial surveying
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead or Stevenage
