Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join a well-established and respected estate agency group in Guildford. You will be working with property experts in the Guildford area who will provide you with quality, qualified leads daily, as well as opportunities to generate your own business.What is on offer?

• Basic salary up to £35,000

Key responsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser role

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the estate agency team; provide support and training to generate referrals and leads
• Actively attract new clients and business
• Offer exceptional client care and guide clients through the application process for a stress-free experience
• Stay updated with the mortgage market and latest trends
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold high ethical standards

Skills and experience required

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within the EA sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are protected
• Must be within a 60-minute commute of Basingstoke
