Job summary
A creative agency in the UK is seeking a Part-time Finance Manager to produce management accounts and manage VAT filings. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office on Wednesdays and working from home on Thursdays and Fridays. Candidates should have experience in an international creative agency, and be proficient with Xero and excel. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

- Creative agency experience is preferred.

- Manage bank reconciliations on all currency accounts.

Role: Part-time Finance Manager
Permanent: Hybrid 2 days WFH
Part Time: 3 days – Wednesday to Friday
London: South East London
Reporting to: Finance Director
Ref : VisionFR 3187VisionFR is working closely with an SME creative agency with international reach covering UK, US, Holland, Germany, France and Spain. The relevant candidate will need experience of producing management accounts within an international agency and also Someone who has an understanding of VAT and Filing requirements in the countries listed.
- Management accounts production with variance analysis
- Responsibility for Bank reconciliations on all currency accounts
- Journal entries for amendments and corrections to records
- Prepayments & accruals
- Prepare and report on UK and International VAT returns
- Credit control
- Provide advice and support to internal Heads of teams and producers
- Finalising and processing Sales invoices
- Support on Scheduling payment runs
- Ad hoc handling of both sales and Purchase ledger
- Review financial data for the FD reporting on aged debtors and creditors report
- International exposure to management accounts
- International exposure to VAT
- You will have worked in a creative agency
- You will be a Xero user and ideally Procim
- Good Excel Skills
- Strong Communication skills both written and spoken
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full right to work in the UK
- You must be able to work Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday WFH
