You will combine strong leadership gravitas with hands‑on expertise, shaping a finance team that adds real value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance team, creating a value‑add function that delivers accurate, consistent, insightful, and timely reporting to both internal leadership and Group stakeholders.

- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear commentary on drivers of variances and commercial insights for each department.
- Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting, partnering with leadership to agree and embed measurable targets including controlling staffing ratio.

- Lead global audits of Purple entities, ensuring minimal management letter points and accounting adjustments.
- Manage work loads and priorities, use technology and process improvements to find efficiencies and support adhoc reporting requests from TG.
- Work closely with Purple Directors to run the business, support and challenge business proposals and resolve issues.
