Hybrid: up to 3 days per week WFH

Permanent

Salary: from £48k - £52k DOE and location +10% bonus + fantastic benefits

Full time: 37.5 hours per week

In this key Project Manager role you will manage and deliver change projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are defined, resourced and effectively managed. This will include scoping, planning, managing and implementing innovative and successful solutions to business problems while always ensuring quality outcomes are delivered on time and within.

How you'll help us make health happen
  • Drive and manage the successful delivery of all assigned projects and initiatives. Plan and manage resources cost effectively to deliver the required Business outcomes
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the business to gain the commitment, support and resources required to deliver successfully
  • Work closely and ensure early involvement with the product and delivery teams and key suppliers to ensure they have the opportunity to contribute to all phases of delivery as may be appropriate
  • Understand the business requirements and expectations working with portfolio and product owners and interpret requirements as defined within product functionality, including the translation and communication in the right technical language so that the vendors can easily understand and interpret them
  • Draft project mandates, estimate costs and resource requirements, and produce project briefs and initiation documents to ensure that all work is accurately sized
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies and manage change
What you'll bring
  • Have strong knowledge and expertise in project management and be able to manage multiple project work streams and activities
  • A track record in successfully delivering projects within a corporate environment
  • Experience of working in a product environment, delivering projects aligned to the product model
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
  • Be able to demonstrate a professional and credible image to the business with excellent interpersonal skills
  • To have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the full project lifecycle and have project management experience; within a recognised project management methodology (e.g. Prince2, Agile, SDLC)
  • Be able to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different stakeholders
