Premier Wealth Relationship Manager

In this role, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of international and Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) Premier customers
• Provide holistic financial advice and support customers through key life events
• Conduct reviews to identify customer needs and deliver tailored wealth management services
• Advise on a range of products, including HSBC and external offerings
• Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication
• Monitor information to identify risks and opportunities

Requirements include:

• Level 4 qualification (Dip CII, CISI, or equivalent)
• Residency in Jersey, Channel Islands with hybrid work options
• Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptability and teamwork skills
• Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office roles
