A leading luxury brand in London is seeking a Stock Controller to support warehouse management. The role involves ensuring optimal product handling for both in-store and e-commerce, while maintaining high standards of customer service. JOB PURPOSE
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.
You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to customer needs for both in-store and on ecommerce channels.
