A luxury fashion brand in London seeks a Miu Miu Stock Controller for a three-month fixed-term contract. As Miu Miu Stock Controller, You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.
You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI’s and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs for both in store and on ecommerce channel.
Start date from October. This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of three months.
Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
Understanding of luxury customer service
Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients
Being able to work in a team as well as alone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
