Your Role

As a key part of our Business Support team, you'll provide vital administrative support to keep operations running smoothly, such as:

  • Handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries for operatives
  • Updating systems and managing documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and internal coordination
  • Liaising with teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and following up on enquiries
  • Assisting with compliance and resource planning to deliver efficient and innovative services every day
What We Need From You
  • Good level of education
  • Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience working with databases and scheduling tools (Opti-Time desirable)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to change
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement
  • Experience gained within a social housing environment is advantageous
