iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Town Centre Investment Planner to work for our client based in the Enfield area.

Overview of role and responsibilities as the Town Centre Investment Planner

• The role encompasses strategic placemaking, engaging with stakeholders to develop a shared vision and leading and managing complex partnerships to deliver council and community objectives.
• Working closely with other council services, developers, local businesses and community groups to steer projects from conception through to delivery.
• Need a strong sense of personal ownership and initiative, excellent project management, programme management and stakeholder engagement skills, and an ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
