Repairs Scheduler & Ops Coordinator
Job summary
A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking candidates for a role focused on scheduling works orders and managing responsive repair operations. The successful candidate will ensure effective communication with clients, maintain IT systems, and support the coordination between operatives and subcontractors. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to service excellence, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and with a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Schedule works orders through the In-house appointments system.
- Plan and schedule responsive repair works.
- Ensure effective operation of IT systems by operatives.
- Monitor and update the status of repairs continuously.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise between residents and maintenance workers.
- Ensure efficient and productive service delivery.
- Support the company policies and procedures.
- Provide backup to planners during absences.
- Manage the diaries of operatives effectively.
- Coordinate with the supply chain for subcontractor work.
- Maintain up-to-date IT records and input on WIP.
- Work closely with CETs and Repairs Supervisors.
