Qualifications

• Chartered Membership of the RTPI or working towards it.
• Experience in managing planning and development projects.
• Ability to prepare and submit planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning & development projects from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Negotiate option and promotion agreements with Developers.
• Prepare Local Plan representations and cases for development.
• Lodge appeals and potentially appearing at Informal & formal Hearings.
• Develop client relationships.
