Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support a well-known clothing retailer in South Elmsall. Responsibilities include quality control tasks, checking items, and packing. Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience and attention to detail. Full training is provided. This role offers day shifts with a competitive pay rate and additional benefits including onsite parking and subsidised canteen.

Responsibilities
- Working in Quality Control Refurb Team at a workstation.
- Checking items in boxes for quality.
- Re-labelling and packing items.
- Using handheld scanners.
Warehouse Operative roles available with 12 Hour Day shifts in Quality Control for a well-known clothing retailer in South Elmsall WF9 2SX with free parking onsite. Long term opportunities available with set shifts and overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Hours & Shifts: Wednesday/Thursday to Saturday OR Sunday to Tuesday/Wednesday (3 days one week, 4 days the next week)
12 Hour Days: 6am-6pm (0600-1800)
Pay Rate: £12.51 per hour + overtime paid at x1.5 rate (£18.77 per hour)
- Working in Quality Control Refurb Team, standing at a workstation
- Checking items in boxes for quality
- Re-labelling, attaching price tags, checking codes, repackaging
- Using handheld scanners
- Packing items into boxes/bags - basic PC skills required
- Warehouse Operative or Quality Control experience ideally
- Full training provided for those without warehouse experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail - a good level of product care is required
- Good level of English language as a lot of written information is given on the PC which needs to be read and followed
