A growing food distribution company in Eastleigh is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for immediate start. This full-time position involves working in a chilled warehouse environment, unloading deliveries, moving pallets, and preparing customer orders. Hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with a starting pay rate of £12.21 per hour and potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
• Experience in a chilled food warehouse is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Help unload deliveries from vehicles and containers.
• Move pallets of stock into the warehouse.
• Repack food products onto pallets.
• Build and wrap pallets for shipping.
• Prepare customer orders and assist with general warehouse duties.
