The successful candidate will deliver short-term interventions, manage risk, and ensure ethical practice. A Diploma in Counselling and at least two years of experience are required. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' wellbeing while managing up to 25 hours of client-facing work per week.
📍UK Remote
You’re a qualified and compassionate counsellor who thrives in a remote setting and values ethical, high-quality clinical practice. Calm under pressure and confident in your clinical judgement, you’re comfortable supporting a wide range of presenting needs across public and private sector clients. You care deeply about doing the right thing for each individual, while working within clear pathways and short-term models to make a real impact.
As an Occupational Health Counsellor within our Vivup Clinical team, you’ll deliver confidential, short-term counselling support via telephone and virtual appointments. Working within Vivup’s clinical pathways and ethical frameworks, you’ll support clients at key moments, providing timely intervention, structured counselling, psychoeducation and signposting, always with the client’s best interests at heart.
Please note, all applicants must be legally entitled to accept and perform work in the UK and all positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
