A major travel company based in Leeds is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to support their Talent Development team. This role involves designing and delivering training initiatives, including colleague induction programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training design and delivery, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing service delivery. Reporting into the Talent Development Business Partner, our Learning & Development Advisor will support the Business Partner with learning requests and work collaboratively across the wider team to deliver on both short and long‑term learning initiatives. You'll design, develop and deliver effective learning initiatives that enhance colleague skills, knowledge and behaviours that support improved capability and career development across the business. You’ll spend a high proportion of your time in the delivery of face‑to‑face (classroom or virtual) training, including the delivery of our Company Induction, which includes our Take Me There Values training.
This is a varied and exciting role with some travel based on business needs. Flexibility and short‑notice changes to workloads may be required.
