Job summary
A leading care provider in Hatfield is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to oversee a modern facility. In this role, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional care, build strong relationships with residents, and ensure the home succeeds both as a community and a business. We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Greenacres Care Home in Hatfield. This modern, 60-bed home, set in a peaceful residential area, is purpose-built to help residents live as independently as possible. With a Good CQC rating in all areas, Greenacres is ready for a leader who can take it even further.
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Above all, a compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care
