- Develop expert knowledge of global adventure tour itineraries to confidently guide customer decisions
- Respond to enquiries and manage the full customer journey from lead to post-booking support
- Convert leads into bookings through a consultative sales approach
- Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer messaging
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help improve internal systems and processes
