Working closely with the automatic door installers and project management team to facilitate collaborative coordination of installations, whilst maximising customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities include:

• Scheduling labour for installations, both in advance and at short notice.
• Assisting with planning activities, instructing installers, and managing their workload and requirements.
• Utilising and maintaining business systems and updating the live planning board throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate client portals.
• Adhering to internal procedures, issuing checklists, service requests, debriefings, and managing installation/commissioning sheets and bills of materials.
• Raising purchase orders for sub-contractor invoices, hire equipment, and site security.
• Serving as the point of contact for customer queries regarding planned or outstanding works.
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met for successful installation.
