Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound queries and client service needs.
  • Arrange and schedule client meetings, preparing documentation.
  • Produce client reports and valuations before meetings.
  • Assist with annual client service schedules.
  • Ensure data accuracy and upload to systems.
  • Support advisers to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate with Pension and Investment companies.
