A recruitment agency is looking for a Temp Customer Service Agent for a night shift role. This position allows you to work from home full-time, providing customer support during overnight hours. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, answering queries via email and phone, and working with colleagues on successful campaigns. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to manipulate data effectively.

Our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time and the hours will be full time, night shifts.
- Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
- Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
- To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
- To liaise with customers as part of the project co‑ordination processes
- Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
