Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages.
- Administer JCT and NEC contracts.
- Oversee procurement, cost, programme, and risk management.
- Lead client and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, cost forecasts, and progress updates.
- Mentor junior staff and support the continued growth of the Nottingham office.
