Technical Project Manager à Grande-Bretagne

The role will be responsible for the delivery of ERP systems projects across our global client, including:

• Leading the effective delivery of ERP projects from concept through implementation and post-project review.
• Managing project deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and committed to timelines.
• Coordinating project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, and managing dependencies affecting the project.
• Establishing and maintaining project governance, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk/issue management.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administering project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and gathering system requirements to design and implement ERP solutions.
• Maintaining project documentation, including briefs, execution plans, reports, logs, and registers.
• Capturing lessons learned to drive improvements in future ERP projects.
• Using project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, scheduling, risk analysis) to provide transparency and oversight.

• Proven experience delivering ERP system projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and RAID management.
• Experience delivering ERP projects in complex, global environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Competence with ERP project management tools and reporting systems.
