Qualifications

• Awareness of NEC Form of Contract and Subcontract.
• Understanding of Engineering Principles.
• Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
• Significant work experience within a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the project is delivered safely, within budget, on programme and to the required quality.
• Managing a dedicated professional team integrated with the Clients team.
• Ownership of the packages and disciplines.
• Delivering to budget and production targets, programme, and specification.
• Owning the relationship and maintaining a liaison with the client.

Skills

Awareness of NEC Form of Contract

Understanding of Engineering Principles

Technical knowledge of construction techniques

Significant work experience in a similar role

Education

Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in M&E or Civil Engineering

Relevant CSCS Card

Full Driving Licence
