A leading BMS contractor in Central London is looking for a BMS Project Manager to manage projects from design to final handover. Responsibilities include leading project teams, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing large BMS projects and strong communication skills. Benefits after probation include pension contributions, private medical insurance, and extensive training opportunities.
This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
We're supporting a long-established BMS contractor that delivers complex, multi-system projects across Central London and the South East. The business is known for taking full responsibility for delivery in-house, giving project managers clear ownership, strong technical backing, and the ability to influence outcomes from start to finish.
This organisation works across major commercial developments where BMS plays a critical role in energy performance, compliance, and day-to-day building operation. Their projects regularly involve integration with wider ELVS packages and require close coordination with main contractors, consultants, and end users. Wit
As BMS Project Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, from sales handover through design coordination, engineering, installation, commissioning, and final client handover.
You’ll lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety. You’ll also play a key role in identifying variations, managing project commercials, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Following a successful probation period, you’ll benefit from a 4.5% matched pension contribution, private medical insurance, income protection and life cover (4× salary), access to an employee assistance programme, discretionary sick pay, a health cash plan, and extensive training and development opportunities.
This is your chance to take the next step in your career.
