Job description

European Spirits Category, Innovation & Brand Change is set up to deliver Innovation, Renovation, Limited‑time offerings & VAP across a range of iconic brands including Smirnoff, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Gordons and Ciroc. Based out of Menstrie Technical Centre, this Project Manager role delivers brand‑change projects by leading cross‑functional teams to meet customer briefs in terms of quality, cost and time, while providing exposure to many of Diageo’s functions including Marketing, Innovation, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Data and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently deliver Brand Change projects by leading cross‑functional teams to meet customer briefs in terms of quality, cost and time.
  • Support the Brand Change Team Leader in delivering the project pipeline and supporting key stakeholders.
  • Ensure application of required project planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication processes.
Qualifications
  • Institute of Packaging Diploma or equivalent, or willingness to undertake training.
  • Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of packaging materials and processes including liquid development, commercialisation, design and development of packaging and materials.
  • Knowledge of material manufacturing, handling, transportation and transit robustness.
  • Ability to implement risk management practices and techniques and develop a sound understanding of the Navigate process.
  • Excellent organisational, report preparation and presentation skills.
