A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Lead in Taunton to manage a team of technical specialists. This role involves prioritizing workloads, overseeing contract renewals, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Candidates should be adept in engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, and possess strong leadership skills. Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a team of 3rd line technical specialists.
- Prioritise daily workloads and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc technical escalations and provide guidance where needed.
- Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain service quality.
- Oversee BAU contract renewals for support and maintenance services.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and service standards.
