Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Are you an experienced ACA and/or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a leading regional firm in Reading?

Our client is seeking an ACA and/or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory Specialist at Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of corporate clients, including OMBs, SMEs, multinational and some listed clients.

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team and help shape the team’s growth strategy.
• Develop and grow the corporate tax offering, working closely with Partners.
• Manage a broad range of tax issues including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross-border taxes.
• Deliver a high standard of technical work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.
• Provide technical backup to Partners and work with entrepreneurial clients in a commercially minded capacity.

• ACA and/or CTA qualified.
• Experience in Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Extensive experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality client service.
• Strong understanding of UK corporate tax issues and ability to work across a broad range of tax matters (including cross-border considerations).
