  • Managing the team mailbox, ensuring queries are handled promptly
  • Monitoring client account balances and taking proactive steps to address them
  • Supporting the billing process across the wider team
  • Assisting with debt management alongside credit control
  • Preparing financial reports for clients and lawyers
  • Helping with financial projects such as year-end administration
What we are looking for

You don’t need prior experience to succeed in this role as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with:

  • A willingness to learn and strong numeracy skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to stay organised and meet deadlines under pressure
  • A positive, proactive attitude and motivation to do high-quality work
  • A level of resilience and ability to work under time pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • Confidence using IT systems, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Professionalism and an approachable manner
  • A minimum of Grade 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSEs

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills in financial administration and account management, while working in a supportive team environment.
