A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Junior Recruiter who will build and manage client relationships while delivering exceptional candidates. The ideal candidate should come from a recruitment background or show a keen interest in recruitment with a focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology sectors. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within a supportive network.
Qualificações
- Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Interest in Recruitment is acceptable even with little experience.
- Ability to nurture client relationships.
Responsabilidades
- Head hunt and approach candidates through various platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Develop client relationships and recruitment strategies.
Conhecimentos
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, delivering great candidates, at pace.
- Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms
- Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism
- Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes
- Utilise Selexa's excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
- Develop client relationships as a specialist Recruiter, understanding your client's Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates - Selected Excellence
- Deliver market insights, candidate introductions & requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high performing, Consultative approach
We are interested in speaking with Recruiters from any industry, sector and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest:
- Will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry
- Candidates with an interest in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition but litlte experience will be considered
- Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships
- Commercial acumen and awareness
- Customer focused approach; Communication is key Ambitious, confident, motivated
