- Prepare discharge of Planning Condition submissions.
- Liaise with clients and attend site visits.

- Manage and prepare planning applications and supporting documents

- Prepare discharge of Planning Condition submissions
- Liaise with clients, LPAs, and attend site visits across the UK
- Prepare Environmental Statements (EIA)
- Experience in a planning role (consultancy preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience completing planning statements and project management
- MRTPI status
