Job Overview

Norbrook laboratories are now seeking to recruit Manufacturing Supervisors who are responsible for managing a team of people in all aspects of manufacturing in order to produce products complying with all aspects of the Norbrook Quality and Environmental Health and Safety systems. This role will improve the performance of the Production department providing supervision and support.

Essential Criteria
  • 4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to prioritise and meet targets.
  • Experience in training & developing team members
  • Experience in following disciplinary processes
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Planning resources to meet targets
  • Experience of controlling production documentation processes (including a document management system).
  • Structured problem solving experience
  • Experience of documentation associated with a quality management system
  • Experience of working in a Pharma Manufacturing environment
