- 1+ year of IFA administration or financial services experience.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and platform processes.
- Confidence using systems such as Intelliflo, FE, or Dynamic Planner.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handling client queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintaining accurate client records, valuations, and performance reports.
- Coordinating fund switches, transfers, withdrawals, and provider paperwork.
- Supporting investment, pension, and estate planning cases.
- Producing and dispatching review packs and suitability letters.
- Ensuring clean data and well-managed back-office systems.
- Liaising with advisers, clients, and providers to keep workflows moving.
