A local government authority is seeking a Senior Planning Officer to lead the processing and determination of various planning applications. You will be expected to deal with a range of pre-applications, applications and appeals including those of a complex or controversial nature and/or corporate priority to the Council. Working with a delivery focused and friendly group of planners you will need to be a self-starter who works quickly, accurately, and flexibly.
