Town Planner

My client is looking for a Town Planner to join their Planning and Development team in Newcastle. As a Planner, you will support the delivery of various planning projects, including residential and commercial developments. Responsibilities include researching planning policies, preparing applications, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.
• Conduct research on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate proposals effectively.
• Liaise with local authorities, architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
