Principal Planning Officer - Major Projects

Location: London

Rate: £50 per hour - (Negotiable)

Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-profile strategic planning applications, including Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) cases, within the Development Management team.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of handling large-scale or sensitive applications and negotiate with applicants and agents at a senior level.
• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate across departments on strategic projects.
• Experience in a London Borough and involvement in urban regeneration or major mixed-use schemes is highly desirable.

Location and Availability

Ideally, attending the office on a weekly basis, but flexibility may be available for the right person.
