Job summary
A leading food service company in Poole is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join their vibrant kitchen team. The role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule without evenings or weekends, focusing on culinary creativity and seasonal ingredients. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Sous Chef or be a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. You will support the Head Chef, develop innovative menus, and lead a close-knit kitchen team.
