Our independent client operates this prestigious 4-star hotel in the Yorkshire countryside, accessible from Leeds, Ilkley, and Skipton. The hotel offers rosette-standard dining in their fine dining restaurant, a second all-day dining restaurant, and banqueting facilities in this stunning country setting.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced sous chef to join a professional, focused kitchen striving for excellence daily. You will have the chance to develop skills to eventually lead your own kitchen team, supported by a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a strong support system.
You should currently work in a fresh food-led kitchen as a Senior Sous Chef or manage a team of 10+ chefs, ideally in a multi-outlet environment such as a hotel or gastro pub.
Experience working to a 2-3 rosette standard, as well as in high-quality banqueting, is preferred.
