The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing creatively to menu development. You'll lead by example on the pass, train and guide junior chefs, and ensure each plate leaving the kitchen reflects our values of flavour, seasonality, and quality.
