A family-owned Holiday Park on Mersea Island is seeking a skilled Sous Chef. This role requires prior Chef experience and the ability to work alongside the Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The position offers accommodation and a competitive salary of £15.25 per hour (approximately £40,000 per year). We are looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful family-owned Holiday Park on Mersea Island. You will be expected to hit the ground running so previous experience as a Chef is necessary, whilst working alongside the Head Chef and a team of Chefs to fulfil the guests needs.
Working hours will be 5 days per week, with 2 days off together, shift starting at 08:30am through till 14:30pm. Then a break until 16:30pm where you will start prep ready to start serving at 17:00pm until 8pm/9pm, then of course a clean down.
