Senior Architect job in Liverpool leading the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, from heritage re-use to new-build as part of a multidisciplinary team taking projects from first sketch to handover.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages




• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal/external consultants




• Produce detailed architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently




• Act as Contract Administrator (JCT Minor Works & RIBA Domestic Contracts)




• Conduct site inspections to ensure technical compliance and quality standards




• Work within project budgets and timelines with commercial awareness.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience post qualification




• Strong communication and organisational skills




• Proactive mindset with a drive for continual improvement




• Experience across residential and commercial sectors




• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign (SketchUp desirable)




• Ability to lead and support team collaboration




• Full UK Driving Licence required.
