• Demonstrated experience in architecting, analysing and developing motion control systems.
• Experience with systems compliant with IEC 61508 family of functional safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and design solutions from a functional perspective.
• Lead development of flight controls design solutions.
• Manage suppliers for timely and quality delivery.

Skills

Hands-on experience in motion/flight control systems

Designing safety critical systems

Developing systems with cyber security considerations

Good understanding of Newtonian physics

Education

BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent in a relevant subject
