Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in architectural or principal‑level roles.
• Deep expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Sherpany’s AI technical vision and drive strategy across the product.
• Shape scalable AI platform architecture and ensure robust, secure solutions.
• Lead design and optimization of on‑prem AI systems.

Skills

Python

AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn)

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases

Experience with secure AI deployments

Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
