Job summary

A technology service provider in the City Of London is looking for a professional with experience in designing and managing IT Infrastructure, including networks for classified environments. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers in East London to understand their needs and provide suitable design options. A strong background in IT architecture and security measures is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing IT Infrastructure including hardware, software and networks.
• Experience carrying out discovery work to establish customer needs, producing design options and establishing the implications of architectural change to their business.

Responsibilities

• Experience designing networks for classified environments at Tier 3 considering security requirements and architecture.
• Able to work at customer site in East London as required.

Key requirements

• Experience designing and managing IT Infrastructure including hardware, software and networks.
• Experience designing networks for classified environments at Tier 3 taking into account factors including (but not limited to):
• Security requirements
• Current solution architecture of applications
• Number of users
• Build costs including potential application migration
• Support costs
• Physical sites and environments
• Planning for future capabilities such as increased Data Volumes or AI technologies

• Experience carrying out discovery work to establish customer needs, producing design options and establishing the implications of architectural change to their business.
• Able to work at customer site in East London as required
