Location: Luton

Salary: £34-40,000 (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented and driven Architect to join a well-respected RIBA‑chartered practice in Luton. Known for its thoughtful, design‑led approach, this established studio delivers high‑quality architecture across the Residential, Commercial, Education and Community sectors. The team prides itself on a collaborative work culture where creativity, professionalism and client care sit at the heart of every project. This role is ideal for a fully qualified Architect with strong UK practice experience who is looking to further develop their expertise, take ownership of design work and contribute to a friendly, supportive studio environment. Key Requirements
  • Fully qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)

  • Proactive in contributing ideas during design reviews and team discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
