Job summary
A leading boutique law firm in Central London seeks an experienced Corporate Consultant Solicitor for interim support, focusing on managing legal aspects of business sale transactions. Our client is a leading boutique law firm renowned for its entrepreneurial spirit and unique strategy. They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Consultant Solicitor to assist one of their key clients with the sale of a business. This is with the view to pick up ad hoc Corporate Commercial work thereafter.
You will provide interim support to the firm’s client, focusing on managing and executing the legal aspects of a business sale transaction. This will include :
- Advising on and drafting sale and purchase documentation (SPAs, disclosure letters, ancillary agreements, etc.)
- Conducting and managing due diligence processes
- Liaising with clients, accountants, and external advisers
- Assisting in negotiations and transaction management to ensure a smooth and efficient completion
