Principal Software Engineer - Java

Fully remote based in the UK.

What you will do

• Assist in defining the technical direction across the organization.
• Contribute to architecture and product roadmap development.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.
• Discuss architectural concerns affecting various parts of the company.
• Participate in coding activities supporting design outcomes.

What you will need

• Ability to translate corporate strategy into technical strategy.
• Senior-level experience with Java.
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn new skills.
• Technical leadership and coaching abilities.
